We produce Energy, we protect environment.
Petroltecnica Group decided to invest in renewable energy, as consequence of company development.
The renewable energy project began after the removal and disposal of asbestos from the roof of gas stations, installing photovoltaic plants in the remediated areas.
An internal technical staff is working to plan and install solar panels on the ground and on plant roof.
In addition to the photovoltaic, the company is also involved in the windpower, but preserving the environment without scaring the landscape, and biogas powered by waste materials coming from food processing industry and zootechny.
Before proposing any plant for energy production from renewable resources, we will offer the best energetic solution through eco-compatibility
An other type of service that our company is being offered is the Energy savings, the reduction of operating costs and environmental impact of industrial, civil building and communities.
Petroltecnica is specialized in electric energy production from renewable sources and in the installation of a turnkey plants, teaming up with specialized partners, using the following energy:
Photovoltaic
The energy source exploited is the solar radiation which produce electric current through silicon surface transferred by a semiconductor. The electron current provided by photovoltaic modules is transformed into AC through suitable devices, that can be sold to public administrators or for self use.
Wind power
Through wind turbines placed in suitable location we produce energy exploited through wind, whose mechanical movement is transmitted to a generator producing electric energy.
Biogas
The chemical energy is exploited through organic matter, mixed with zoo technician (preferably waste matters), all is put into an anaerobic digester: a closed reactor, where, without oxygen, bacteria produce a mixture of Methane and other gases (Biogas).
The later, once extracted from the digester, it is sent to purification and treatment system and burned into an internal combustion engine . Mechanical energy produced is converted into electric energy through the cogeneration system, saving also heat energy.
Biomass
Also in this case the chemical energy contained into organic matters is exploited. Vegetable materials, mainly from forests, is treated into a gasifying plant where, due to high temperatures, organic matters are converted into gas (Syngas). Gas can be used for traditional electricity production plants or for heating systems.
Energy savings
Through the ‘green energy audit’ of buildings operating cost reduction and low environmental impact are achieved:
