Ecomondo meets Vaia
We have been providing integrated industrial services in the environmental sector for over 70 years, with a strong commitment to supporting sustainable development. We work to safeguard natural resources—first and foremost soil, water, and air. Our mission is “Terra Therapy,” which we pursue primarily with the goal of preventing environmental damage through a multidisciplinary approach and continuous technological research. This has led us to engineer technologies that facilitate soil remediation activities, ensure worker safety and health, and increasingly address the challenges arising from climate change.
We operate dedicated Environmental Emergency Response units (24 hours a day, 365 days a year) with the aim of containing, reducing, and ultimately eliminating environmental impacts caused by incidents of various kinds. The effects of climate events are increasingly evident and severe in our reality and in the requests for intervention we receive, to which we strive to provide ever more effective and timely responses.
Various ongoing projects are focused on prevention activities, in collaboration with local authorities. For example, the floating plastic recovery project involves the design, installation, and maintenance of systems to collect plastics, floating waste, and hydrocarbons in waterways before they reach the sea.
For these reasons, we are the main partner of the exhibition “Sounds and Signs of Vaia,” with the aim of contributing to greater awareness of these issues and promoting a new culture of sustainability and prevention.
