Remediation for the redevelopment and conversion of a former industrial area
The activities involved the remediation of the soil matrix and post-operam monitoring of groundwater. The intervention included excavation works up to 9 meters deep, the detailed design and construction of a support structure with micropiles reinforced with beams and secured with two levels of strand anchors. The excavated soils were managed in storage bays and sent to treatment facilities.
