Industrial water treatment systems
Management of a wastewater treatment plant handling effluents from the production of water-based paints at an industrial facility. Operation of all phases of the system: pH reduction using ferric chloride; initial treatment with a solution of water and hydrated lime; addition of flocculant to promote the settling of suspended solids; sedimentation; discharge of clarified water followed by sludge removal. Continuous daily monitoring to ensure compliance with the limits set by the authorization.
